Description
TTS transplanting machines are designed with optional automatic plant spacing control and easy depth adjustment. Featuring fewer moving parts, these machines require only a single operator to load seedling trays into the cassette. Each model is equipped with an automated robotic system that uses a specially designed gripping head to transfer seedlings from the tray. The machines are compatible with most types of trays and seedlings. According to TTS, the integrated automation and user-friendly operation ensure high productivity and exceptional comfort for the operator. Built for global use, TTS machines are powered by compressed air from a compressor supplied with the system.

Characteristics
The Single Line Compact planting robot has a width of just 45cm, making it ideal for planting brassicas. One standout feature is its ability to apply either slow-release liquid fertiliser along the row or a quick starter dose directly to plant roots. The liquid fertiliser is stored in an 800-litre tank (300 litres for the single-dose applicator), and application rates can be precisely adjusted via a touchscreen, starting from as low as 1ml. A new option available on TTS’s three-to-five-row machines is the automatic hydraulic adjustment of row width, which can be easily modified from 45cm to 80cm (18 to 24 inches) in just one minute.
TTS also offers the High Density Multi Rower model, which can plant an average of over 4,000 plants per row per hour. This robot is capable of planting between three to eight rows, depending on the tractor wheel centres, and can achieve up to 25 plants per meter per row. The machine features a compact, simple robot design housed in a single frame, requiring only one operator. It is suitable for both flat and raised beds, offering excellent visibility of the plant rows and a special configuration for planting in tight row spacings.
Navigation system
Via tractor in combination with the GPS from the tractor.
