A call to those who want to sell ag robots in 2023

Last year, we compiled the second edition of the world’s first robot catalogue with over 40 field and harvesting robots available to buy, lease or hire in 2022. It resulted in an extensive buyers guide with valuable and useful information on amongst others the work capable of doing with the robots, their technologies and their pricing. We are now updating and expanding our catalogue for 2023 and call on you to help us!

Different categories

As the number of commercially available robots for open field crop production is rapidly increasing, we divide them into three different categories:

• Specialised robots intended to perform a single task/job such as crop or field scouting, weed removal or spraying
• Multipurpose robots that can perform multiple tasks and jobs such as carry different implements
• Harvesting robots that can harvest outdoor crops autonomously (we don’t intend to include indoor/greenhouse harvesting robots)

Print edition launched at SIMA fair Paris

The global buying guide with all available field robots for 2023 will be published online as well as in the special print edition of Future Farming magazine. The print version of the Ag Robot buying guide 2023 will be launched at a special ag-robot pavilion of the global ag-robot organisation FIRA during the major agricultural fair SIMA in Paris (6-10 November 2022).
