This video is the first in a two-part series, showing the farming drones that are currently available for you to purchase.
Drones are increasingly being used to provide pesticides, nutrients, seeds, and other inputs from the air. The drones can help monitor crop growth, yield optimization, and have many other applications. Some drones can fly autonomously and most have multiple liter tank capacity.
The drones shown in this video can be found in our drone buyers guide, which was released in 2021. The buyer’s guide gives an overview of the (11) agricultural drones that are currently available for purchase, with many specifications like max payload capacity, flight time, and price. Some drones you can expect to see in part one of the video series are the Flying Tractor Agrodon, Drone Volt Hercules 20, and DJI Agras T16. To have access to our buyer’s guides, you will need a premium subscription to Future Farming. You can subscribe here.
