Winfield’s new tool generates customised prescriptions and is launched in select markets in the 2020 growing season.

The Advanced Acre Prescription Program uses over 6 million new data points every year from the WinField United Answer Plot program to generate customised prescriptions for individual farms.

Corn and soybeans

The limited-release program is specifically designed for corn and soybeans and only available to corn and soybean farmers who enroll a minimum of 250 acres of an individual crop in the program.

2 service levels

The Advanced Acre Prescription Program has 2 service levels, Complete Rx and Elite Rx. Both entail: Expert agronomist consultation; Data-backed prescription plan; Service warranty for 95% of APH; In-season optimisation and tissue testing. Complete Rx further provides a comprehensive set of products tailored to each farm, where Elite Rx offers à la carte choice of products from most major agriculture manufacturers.

Refund when target percentage is not achieved

WinField United says it is so confident in the program that if the prescription is executed and participating farmers don’t achieve 95% of predetermined yields based on the plan and their actual production history (APH), a portion of the program fees will be refunded.

The Advanced Acre Prescription Program will be available in select markets in the 2020 growing season, but a full commercial launch is expected for the 2021 season.
