A partnership with agricultural software developer AgIntegrated will enable Agco to offer its customers simpler and more reliable data exchange between equipment and farm management information systems.
Mike Santostefano, AgIntegrated’s vice president of Business Development, said: “The Agco relationship and connection with Onsite QC Pro enables seamless communications with Agco equipment, with the ability to translate and support the Agco XML prescription and completed job data file formats.”
Starting in North America this year, the facility will be available to farmers using Agco’s Go-Task wireless data transfer app for iOS devices, TaskDoc field documentation software on Challenger and Massey Ferguson equipment, and the equivalent VarioDoc data logging and reporting software available on Fendt tractors. AgIntegrated’s independent data hub – Onsite QC Pro – is designed to streamline agronomy data transfer between different origins and destinations, translating file formats as necessary to ensure consistency and accuracy.

The 2 parties to the agreement says growers will be able to seamlessly transfer data, digitalise the farm, and bring mixed fleets together under one central hub. The technical and strategic agreement, which Agco says is part of its ‘open’ approach to precision agriculture development, will also make it easier for industry software and service providers to create products that work with Agco’s on-board data systems.
