The BRO U40 is a crop-spraying drone that features an integrated design, with a 35-litre spraying tank. It is also capable of spreading, with a 50L tank. The drone’s V2 system integrates high-precision inertial and satellite navigation sensors. It has drift compensation and users can obtain real-time flight attitude, position coordinates, working status and other parameters.
The BRO U40 modular design provides easy handling and is convenient for disassembly and maintenance. It has IP67 industry-grade protection for work in harsh environments. The drone utilises an industrial brushless motor that is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion while producing low heat output for stable operation. Intelligent altitude and speed settings enable semi-automatic flights with only battery replacement required before a fully automatic flight can resume.
Drone route planning is divided into three modes, Plot mode, Sweep mode and Fruit mode. Plot mode is a commonly used planning mode, with 128 waypoints that can be added. It is easy to set altitude, speed, obstacle avoidance mode, and flight path. Information can be automatically uploaded to the cloud, for the next spraying operation for example. In Sweep mode, the drone sprays the boundary of the planned area. Fruit mode is developed for spraying fruit trees. The drone can hover, spin and hover at a certain point.
