Agricultural machinery manufacturer Nexat has announced a collaboration with EW-group. As part of this partnership, EW-group will receive a minority stake.
Nexat, short for ’Next Generation Agricultural Technology’, produces implement carriers for soil cultivation, planting, crop protection, and harvesting. Thanks to the strong financial backing of the investor, the German company Nexat claims to have a long-term perspective.
EW-group is an international family holding with subsidiaries in the life sciences sector, comprising over 200 subsidiaries and operating in 50 countries with 19,000 employees. Klemens Kalverkamp, the CEO of Nexat, states that the collaboration with EW Group, given its track record in developing innovative businesses, is “excellent news for our customers, partners, and employees”. No other financial details have been disclosed.
