According to German magazine Topagrar Fendt plans to begin series production of the electric Fendt e100 in 2024.
This is what Fendt chief executive Christoph Gröblinghoff has told Topagrar. Fendt top executive Christoph Gröblinghoff says in an interview with Topagrar that the manufacturer wants the electric e100 tractor to enter series production in 2024. The Fendt e100 was introduced in 2017. In 2020, Fendt decided to postpone the introduction of the battery-powered tractor to 2025.
The battery-powered tractor will be built in Fendt’s plant in Marktoberdorf, Germany. 1,000 units are said to be planned. The sales price is not yet known.
