Phytech, a global leader in digital farming technology, has announced its strategic expansion into Latin America, targeting key agricultural markets such as Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Uruguay, Guatemala, and Mexico.
Leveraging proprietary plant and field condition sensors, Phytech offers growers real-time insights into crop health and irrigation systems. Its simplified, alert-driven mobile platform integrates predictive algorithms with continuous agronomic and environmental data, enabling precise irrigation management and rapid response to potential issues. The system’s hydraulic monitoring capabilities track tank levels, pumps, filters, and valves, ensuring predictive maintenance and minimizing downtime.
“Phytech empowers growers to enhance both efficiency and sustainability,” said Oren Kind, CEO of Phytech. “Our solutions optimize yields, conserve water, and improve input efficiency, supporting over 1,000 producers globally across 18,000 sites and 45 million trees.”
To lead its Latin American operations, Phytech has appointed Ilan Liwski as Territory Manager. With over 18 years of experience in agritech and sustainable agriculture, Liwski will oversee subsidiaries in Peru and Chile and service expansions into other countries in the region.
“Phytech’s one-stop-shop approach combines advanced in-house hardware with exceptional service,” said Liwski. “Our solutions address water scarcity and precision irrigation challenges, helping growers adopt sustainable practices that maximize both economic and environmental impact.”
With its focus on real-time problem detection and actionable insights, Phytech’s technology eliminates the need for manual system checks and helps prevent costly damages.
