Description
The M200 is a compact, autonomous, electric sprayer. It autonomously navigates fields, delivering precise chemical applications to reduce labour costs and environmental impact. Its compact design allows access to narrow spaces, ideal for challenging environments. Advanced features include remote control, obstacle avoidance, and customizable spray patterns for efficient and safe crop protection. It also supports other tasks, such as cargo transport, towing, and mowing, enabled by modular components.
Drive train type
Electric drivetrain with dual-motor tracks for propulsion. This system simultaneously powers the fan and water pump.
Characteristics
The spray system has a spray width of 16m (52 ft), a spray height of 8m (26 ft). The maximum speed of the M200 is 4.3 km per hour (2.68 mph). The robot has a tank capacity of 200L (53 gal). The M200 supports cargo hauling (200 kg/440 lbs) and towing (500 kg/1,100 lbs), within an 8° incline range.
The M200 has 1.2 kW unilateral traction motor power, 0.5–4.0 MPa machine operating pressure, 0.5–4.5 MPa pump/motor pressure and a high-pressure ceramic plunger pump. A swappable lithium battery takes 20 minutes to charge (220V). The battery life is 20–30 minutes per battery, with an operating range a of 0.8 to 1.7 acres per charge.
The plug-in lithium battery takes 120 minutes to charge (220V). This battery has a battery life of 180 to 360 minutes, depending on terrain and spray quantity. This battery has an operating range of 4.1 to 8.2 acres per charge.
Navigation system
The M200 employs a multi-frequency navigation module with centimetre-level RTK positioning for precise path planning. Operators can record paths, pre-set supply points, and receive alerts for low battery or liquid levels. The system ensures the sprayer autonomously returns to designated supply points. Safety features include power-off braking, bumpers, and optional radar sensors for effective collision avoidance.
