With these new services AGCO aims to increase the use and the benefits of AGCO’s Fuse technologies like Auto-Guide 3000, FieldStar II, and variable rate systems for seeding and application.
The new AGCO Farm Solutions program adds to the growing portfolio of smart farming products and services available through Massey Ferguson and Valtra. The new solutions formally launched at Expodireto Cotrijal, an agribusiness fair located in Não-Me-Toque (RS), from March 11 to 15, and marked the beginning of AGCO partnerships with Tecgraf and InCeres.
Niumar Aurélio, marketing supervisor for Fuse South America:
We and our partners studied ways to offer agronomic services to help farmers deal with their challenges
“Our solutions are driven by our customers’ needs. We and our partners studied ways to offer agronomic services to help farmers deal with their challenges. Due to the capabilities of our dealer network, which is located in the most important agricultural regions of Brazil and South America, Farm Solutions will be available to all,” explains Niumar Aurélio, marketing supervisor for Fuse South America.
In keeping with the Fuse open partnering model, AGCO sought key partners. These partners bring knowledge and experience to deliver solutions that will help farmers improve yields and resource utilisation.
The 2 initial partners are Tecgraf and InCeres. These companies provide controlled traffic and soil fertility management solutions. Additional partners and solutions will be added to the Farm Solutions portfolio in the future.

The InCeres platform collects data and analyses the field in order to deliver a number of tools to manage soil according to a digital agriculture concept. The solution aims to provide a better understanding of soil fertility, allowing farmers to easily monitor crops to increase yield and profitability.
The InCeres platform has processed more than 6 million hectares since its foundation. “The partnership between AGCO and InCeres will develop a smarter connection between the machinery sector and crop nutrition, bringing an innovative way to offer agricultural services for our dealer network,” says AGCO.
AgroCAD, the software solution developed and offered by Tecgraf, is able to project waylines which will be executed on the field in full guidance machines with RTK correction. AgroCAD aims to help farmers control the traffic inside of their farms, reducing compaction and improving land management.

“AgroCad also provides better working conditions for operators, reduces overlaps in the field, and optimises the time to build contour lines in rice fields,” says AGCO.
The new services should increase the use and the benefits of AGCO’s Fuse technologies like Auto-Guide 3000, FieldStar II, and variable rate systems for seeding and application.
“With AGCO’s package of smart farming solutions, farmers will improve their yield potential and can count on complete technical and agronomic support,” says Aurélio.
