CCI, the German Competence Center Isobus, launches the small and affordable CCI 800 terminal.

The CCI 800 is equipped with an 8 inch display and is, according to its makers, designed for activities during which you want to focus on just 1 application.

The terminal is designed for less complex applications than are usual in arable farming, in which a second application (for example a front tank or prescription map) is increasingly used in addition to machine control. The CCI 800 is mainly intended for use in livestock farming, such as balers.

Smartphone-like operation

In terms of operation and menu structure, the 800 corresponds to the larger 1200 terminal. CCI calls this operation Multi Touch and that means simpler, more intuitive and smartphone-like operation with as few keys, operating layers and menus as possible.

All settings are also summarised in a central overview. Like the CCI 1200, the 800 can control a maximum of 254 sections.

Available as of Agritechnica

The new terminal is available through CCI founders Rauch, Kuhn, Krone, Lemken and Grimme as of the Agritechnica. Other CCI members will be offering the terminal from mid-2020. Expect a price level of around € 1,800.
The CCI terminal family thus consists of the CCI 50, the CCI 800 and the CCI 1200. The CCI 100 and CCI 200 will probably be phased out as of mid-2020.
